A conspiracy thriller is when characters are unable to discover the truth about a certain conspiracy. An example of a conspiracy thriller is The Da Vinci Code.

An action thriller is when the movie has explosions, fast cars, lots of use of technology, race against the clock, violence and the protagonist and the antagonist is obvious. An example of an action thriller is James Bond.

Which thriller inspires you at the moment?
The sub-genre of thriller which inspires me at the moment is action thriller. This is because action thriller keeps you on the edge of the seat. It contains explosions, fast cars, violence and race against the clock which creates a lot of suspense and tensed characters. I like action thrillers because it also creates a noisy atmosphere and there is so much happening in one sense. The most recent action thriller that I have watched is Star Trek.
